This three-unit development was delivered on a typical suburban allotment of approximately 600m², transforming an existing single dwelling site into a compact and efficient multi-dwelling outcome.

The design was structured to maximise the site footprint while maintaining practical access, clear separation between dwellings and functional private open space. The layout demonstrates a straightforward approach to infill development, achieving increased density without overcomplicating the overall design.

Each residence was configured with practical, low-maintenance layouts suited to the local market, incorporating open-plan living zones, efficient kitchens and well-proportioned bedrooms. The development maintains consistency across all three dwellings, with a focus on usability, natural light and simple, repeatable finishes—resulting in a clean, functional outcome that aligns with the demands of modern medium-density housing.
