This four-unit development was delivered on a larger allotment that originally comprised a single dwelling of approximately 1,500m², allowing for an efficient subdivision into multiple single-storey residences. The outcome focused on achieving a low-density, villa-style layout, with all dwellings positioned to maintain accessibility, privacy and practical site circulation.

The decision to keep the entire development single storey ensured consistency with the surrounding neighbourhood character while also simplifying construction and improving usability for a broader market.

Each unit was built with a consistent three-bedroom, two-bathroom configuration, incorporating open-plan living, double garages and low-maintenance outdoor areas. The project prioritised straightforward construction detailing, efficient slab-on-ground builds and durable internal finishes, resulting in a clean and repeatable product across all four dwellings. The end result is a well-balanced development that demonstrates how larger suburban blocks can be effectively converted into multiple single-level homes without overcomplicating design or construction.
