This side-by-side development at 132A Seventh Avenue, Altona North was delivered with a clear focus on achieving a clean, modern outcome while maximising the potential of the site. The façade combines a mix of brickwork, lightweight cladding and feature elements to create depth and contrast, with a design that is both practical to construct and visually sharp.
Careful attention was given to proportions, rooflines and window placement to ensure the development sits well within the streetscape while still standing out as a contemporary build.
Each dwelling was planned and constructed to achieve efficient use of space, strong natural light penetration and a layout that works for everyday living. The build incorporates durable materials and straightforward detailing to ensure long-term performance and low maintenance for the end user. Throughout the project, the focus remained on buildability, consistency in finishes and delivering a product that balances design intent with construction quality.
