This side-by-side development on North Road was delivered as a contemporary dual-occupancy outcome, transforming a large residential allotment of approximately 734m² into two substantial family homes, completed in 2025.

The design response focused on maximising the site frontage along a major arterial, creating two individually accessed dwellings that maintain a strong street presence while still providing clear separation and privacy between each residence. The overall layout balances scale and functionality, ensuring both homes operate independently without compromise.

Each dwelling has been built to a larger format, incorporating four bedrooms, three bathrooms and multiple living zones, aligning with the demands of the premium family market in the area. Internally, the homes feature open-plan living and dining areas, functional kitchens, and well-proportioned layouts designed for everyday usability, supported by outdoor entertaining spaces and generous parking provisions. The end result is a high-quality dual occupancy development that delivers scale, flexibility and strong long-term performance in a tightly held residential pocket.
