This large-scale residential project in Reservoir was made possible through the successful amalgamation of two neighbouring suburban allotments, creating an expansive site capable of supporting a substantial twelve-townhouse development. By combining the properties into one unified parcel, the project unlocked significantly greater development potential and allowed for a more sophisticated planning outcome than would have been achievable on individual lots.

The increased site area enabled a smarter and more efficient masterplan, incorporating improved vehicle entry points, stronger internal circulation and a better overall relationship between dwellings.
