Designed as a contemporary medium-density community, the project places strong emphasis on usability, space and visual balance. Each townhouse was positioned to create clear separation, practical internal roadways and well-considered private open spaces. A standout feature throughout the development is the widespread inclusion of balconies, providing valuable additional outdoor living areas while also enhancing natural light, outlook and ventilation to the homes.
Architecturally, the balconies and varied façade treatments help soften the scale of the project and create a more dynamic streetscape presence. This considered approach prevents repetition across the development and gives each dwelling a stronger sense of identity while maintaining overall cohesion.
Delivering a project of this size required detailed coordination across every stage of construction, including demolition, civil works, bulk earthworks, underground services and staged building delivery. Managing twelve residences simultaneously demanded strong sequencing, trade management and site logistics to ensure quality, consistency and construction efficiency were maintained throughout the build.
