This three-townhouse development was delivered on a larger residential allotment, transforming an underutilised block of approximately 790m² into a well-planned medium-density outcome. The design approach focused on achieving three functional dwellings while maintaining appropriate spacing, access and private open space for each residence.

Careful consideration was given to vehicle access, site layout and orientation to ensure each townhouse operates independently while still forming a cohesive development.

Each dwelling was constructed to provide a practical three-bedroom layout with efficient internal planning and consistent finishes across all three builds. The project demonstrates how a standard suburban block can be successfully redeveloped into multiple dwellings without overcomplicating construction, using straightforward building methods and durable materials. The outcome is a clean, repeatable townhouse product that balances design, buildability and long-term usability in a growing residential market.
