This six-unit development was designed as a compact, well-organised multi-dwelling outcome, with all residences arranged across a single level to maximise efficiency and accessibility.

The site layout incorporates multiple crossovers and clearly defined driveways, allowing each dwelling to operate independently while maintaining a cohesive overall plan. The positioning of the units ensures appropriate separation, private open space and strong site utilisation across the full allotment.

The development comprises a mix of two and three-bedroom dwellings, each with integrated garages and functional open-plan living areas. Units at the front of the site are more compact, while the rear dwellings expand to larger layouts of approximately 15 squares, demonstrating a tiered approach to dwelling size and market appeal. Internally, each residence has been designed with practical circulation, clear zoning between living and sleeping areas, and direct access to private courtyards, ensuring usability across all units.

Architecturally, the development maintains a consistent material palette, incorporating face brickwork, rendered elements and pitched tiled roofing to create a unified streetscape outcome. The repetition of key design elements such as brick piers, aluminium windows and simple roof forms allows for an efficient and repeatable build, while still delivering variation across the façade. Overall, the project demonstrates a well-resolved approach to higher-density single-level living, balancing site efficiency, functional layouts and consistent design execution.
